The eurovision song contest 2025

Working with the creative direction of Luke Halls Studio, I had the incredible opportunity to create stage visuals for two performances at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Switzerland. Watched by an estimated live audience of 166 million people around the world. I developed the motion graphics for Denmark’s entry “Hallucination” by Sissal, as well as the high-energy interval act featuring the return of fan favourites Baby Lasagna and Käärijä in an electrifying rap battle–style collaboration.

Bringing these two contrasting creative worlds to life on one of the world’s biggest stages was both a huge challenge and a highlight of my career.

Denmark | Sissal - Halluciantion | Eurovision Song COntest Grand Final 2025

For Denmark’s “Hallucination”, the creative direction called for ethereal, dreamlike visuals that gradually built in intensity alongside the track’s evolving energy. I decided to use the super tall podium curtain as my visual cue to create a vertical line motif that pulsed an rippled through the stage from front to back as the music progressed through from calm verse to pulsing Europop beats in the chorus.

In contrast, the interval performance “Eurodab” demanded something entirely different — hyper-fast-paced, graphical, and text based. Working closely with the Luke Halls team, I crafted dynamic animation with a trending aesthetic that matched the rapid tempo and playful rivalry of the performance. The result was a pulsing fusion of color and kinetic typography.
